Similar to some of the other popular ice cream, scoop and serve, games, Anna’s Ice Cream is kind of cool. While this game can get very hectic very fast,  playing it can only sharpen your connotative function (as you’re forced to multitask in a whole new way).

You start out, just going for an annual visit to our Uncle’s ‘Ice Cream Island’ for the summer. When you arrive, you find out that he has decided to retire, and wants to hand over his Ice Cream Island to someone he can trust to run it as he would, and of course that person is you. In the beginning you only have 1 flavor, vanilla. But as you progress through the game, you get to create new flavors of ice cream to sell to your customers.

Playing this crazy game, with impatient customers, a ton of tasks that seem impossible manage, and two chimps as your wait staff you’ll have something to give the neighbors to talk about, as you shout your frustrations and triumphs out loud. The only drawback I see with this game, is that while you’re playing the game, certain actions (that are performed often) can only be done 1 at a time and this makes it very hard to keep up with your customers’ demands. All in all, this is a great game for kids at heart and kids in general.
